Preston is one of the sweetest setters I've ever know.  He was one of 6 dogs.  His owner loved him enough to let him go to a new home with fewer dogs.  See the comments to the right from Kaaren - Preston's new owner.

PLEASE NOTE:  The dogs pictured on this page are not from any of my litters.  Because of my deep affection for the breed, I devote many hours of my time finding new homes for English Setters that do not become the show dogs anticipted or are not what the original owner expected.  In some cases, when dogs become too old to bred or produce puppies, I contact the owners and offer to find the loving home that each of these dogs deserve.

Mia is a lovely girl with a soft and sweet temperment. She did quite well in the show ring - when she wanted to. However, she did not always enjoy the experience. Because Mia's owners wanted her to be happy all of the time, they decided a pet home would be the best thing for Mia. As you can see from the photos, she is enjoying her early retirement from the show ring.

Oliver is a great dog with a sweet temperment.  He fit in immediatley with Mimi & Jack and their Irish "Meara" It was not easy for his breeder to let this boy go - thank you for loving him enough to let him become a house dog.

This photo of Oliver and Meara was taken two weeks after Oliver joined the family!  The photo reflects the love and bond between the two dogs.

A Note From Preston's New Owner & Best Friend
Preston is such a love. He is always with me and I just adore him. It is like I have had him forever. He sleeps right by my head on the bed.  Both Preston and Baley get along just fine. It is so cute they get out in the backyard and play -  chase each other, running in circles all around the yard.

Preston & new "best friend" Emmett!
At home relaxing together!

Elliott is a sweet & loving boy. Elliott enjoyed a good life as a house dog. His original owner shed many good bye tears but knew she was doing what was best for this boy she loved so deeply. His original owner said "every dog needs a child and every child needs a dog". Elliott is now living with a little girl (Kylee) that adores her new dog!

LB was placed when he was approx. 9 years old. He adapted very quickly from being a kennel dog to living inside with his new loving family. LB enjoyed the good life as a family companion for the last 5 years of his life.

Bobbin also a older kennel dog adjusted immediatley to being a house dog with her new loving family. She spent the last years of her life enjoying the freedom of a large fenced yard and sleeping in bed with Debbie.
